The 2022 IEEE Global Communications Conference (GLOBECOM) will be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from 4 to 8 December 2022. Themed “Accelerating the Digital Transformation through Smart Communications,” this flagship hybrid (both in-person and online) conference of the IEEE Communications Society will feature a comprehensive high-quality technical program including 13 symposia and a variety of tutorials and workshops.
